David Nicholson, 46, has been jailed for nine years and four months at Newcastle Crown Court after he admitted to raping a child during a lie detector test while under investigation for unrelated sex offences, having originally been snared by paedophile hunters Dark Justice in 2018 when he travelled to meet a 13-year-old girl.
