Today we officially launch the Next Level Leadership Programme ©. A six-month leadership programme designed by women of colour, for women of colour in mid to senior leadership. Over the past few months, I’ve had the privilege of supporting the launch of this programme and seeing the thought, care and lived experience that has gone into shaping it. Next Level combines leadership development, coaching and practical tools women of colour can use from day one to build visibility, credibility and influence at work.
