INFO:
Chief Meteorologist Dave Nussbaum says a stretch of high pressure will bring several days of dry weather and near-record heat to Central Alabama, with highs climbing into the mid-80s and possibly reaching 90° by Friday — one of the earliest on record. The heat and humidity build throughout the week before a cold front arrives Sunday morning, bringing a few showers and a cooldown.
