West Linn has narrowed its search for a new police chief. It's down to three candidates: Port of Portland Police Capt. Cory Chase, acting West Linn Chief Peter Mahuna, who's filled the role for the past year and a half, and Terry Moss, who is with the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training. One will take over the job vacated after the city fired its last chief. Terry Kruger was let go for defending the wrongful arrest of Michael Fesser.
