BALTIMORE (WBFF) - In just a few weeks, surveillance planes will be rolling from 8,500 feet above Baltimore. It's been a controversial issue since the planes first flew over the city in secret three years ago. This time, the program is not a secret. The Baltimore Police Department will soon begin holding meetings to answer questions from the public. The first of three meetings on the surveillance plane is next Wednesday night from 6:30 – 8 p. m. at Dorothy I. Height Elementary.
